Understanding our service agreement and your rights

These Terms and Conditions govern all services ordered from or provided by Butlerista. By using Butlerista's services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- Benefits: Advantages made available to customers by the suppliers
- Client: A person registered as a Butlerista client
- Payment Card: The payment card provided by the client to Butlerista for payments
- Request: A request made by a client for Butlerista to arrange services
- Services: The concierge and lifestyle management services provided by Butlerista
- Supplier: A supplier engaged by Butlerista on behalf of a client
2. Provision of Services
2.1. Commitment
Butlerista commits to providing Services to the client as far as possible, according to specific requests. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain goods or services due to external constraints.
2.2. Service Modifications
Butlerista reserves the right to make changes to the Services necessary to comply with laws or safety requirements, or which do not significantly affect the nature or quality of the Services.
3. Requesting Services
3.1. Request Process
Clients can place requests via phone, text messages, WhatsApp, social media, website, or email.
3.2. Service Fees
Certain services may incur processing fees, and clients authorize Butlerista to charge their Payment Card for these fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policy:
- 72+ hours notice: 50% refund of Butlerista's fee
- Less than 72 hours: No refund of Butlerista's fee
- Supplier refunds subject to their own policies
5. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly engage Butlerista employees or contractors for 24 months following service termination without written consent.
